We're sorry! If your order had the wrong frames, the wrong lenses or the wrong prescription because of our mistake, we'll sort it out straight away.
- Send a message to info@banaanieyewear.fi – tell us your order number and what was wrong.
- You can keep the wrong glasses – you don't need to send them back.
- We'll deliver the right glasses free of charge.
The delivery time for the new glasses is the same, about 5 weeks, but we'll give your replacement priority whenever we can.
